Buzzfeed Food el paraíso de los tutoriales de cocina

¡Los tutoriales de cocina de Buzzfeed Food nos están volviendo locos!

Y es que los “Foodlovers” o amantes de la comida y cocina son los fans número uno de este tipo de cuentas en redes sociales, donde vemos una gran variedad de recetas fáciles para hacer en casa y deleitarnos con los diferentes y ricos sabores de cada uno de estos platos que van desde postres, bocadillos, smoothies, entre otros.

Claro está que no podemos dejar de mencionar que el portal ( publica interesantes posts donde vemos cómo la creatividad se convierte en una gran gama de sabores, tal y como veremos en la imagen del post titulado “Aumenta la energía: tostadas de desayuno”, el cual les muestro a continuación:

Irish potato truffles #buzzfeast Ingredients: 1/4 cup of butter, at room temperature 4 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 16-ounce package of confectioner's sugar 7 ounces of sweetened shredded coconut about 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, for coating. 1. In a bowl cream together the 1/4 cup of butter and 4 ounces of cream cheese. Add vanilla and mix to combine. 2. Add one package of confectioner's sugar and mix until it forms a sticky ball. 3. Add the shredded coconut and mix to fully incorporate the coconut. 4. Once everything is combined, roll the mixture into teaspoon-sized balls. 5. Spread the ground cinnamon out on a flat plate and roll the balls, one at a time, in the cinnamon, until they're completely coated. 6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. It's National Nutella Day! And here's how to celebrate: Glazed Nutella Cinnamon Rolls Makes 8 rolls INGREDIENTS For the rolls: baking spray, for greasing the muffin tin 1 8-ounce can of refrigerated crescent roll dough ⅔ cup Nutella 1 ½ tablespoon cinnamon Kosher salt For the glaze: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract PREPARATION For the rolls: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-muffin tin with butter or cooking spray. 2. Unroll the crescent sheet onto a clean work surface. (If the dough is sticking, sprinkle the work surface and the dough with all-purpose flour.) If your dough has perforated triangles, knead any seams together with your fingers, so that you have a smooth sheet. 3. Spread Nutella over the sheet in a smooth, thin layer, leaving about a 1/4 border on all sides, then sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt. 4. Starting from the bottom, carefully and tightly roll up the dough. Using string (like unflavored dental floss or baker’s twine), slice the dough into even-sized pieces, pulling up from underneath, being careful not to squash each roll as you go. (If you don’t have string, a sharp, serrated knife works too.) 5. Arrange the rolls in greased baking plate or pie pan (they should all be touching), or muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they’re just starting to brown. 6. Take the rolls out of the oven and let them cool for at least 20 minutes before icing. For the glaze: 1. With a rubber spatula or electric mixer, mix softened butter and cream cheese until fully combined. Sift in powdered sugar, mixing after every ¼ cup or so, then add the vanilla extract and stir until everything is smooth. 2. Once the rolls have cooled a bit, spread icing directly onto them with a knife.

*rings breakfast bell* BREAKFAST LASAGNA! COME AND GET IT! (📷: 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked 8 eggs, scrambled 3 cups mozzarella 3 cups cheddar 12 sausage links, cooked and cut in half 6 strips of bacon, cooked 3 cups of spinach 9×13 inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking oil 1. Preheat oven for 400 degrees F. 2. Arrange 3 noodles lengthwise over dish. Layer half of the eggs, half of the sausage, one cup of each cheese mixture, half of the spinach (we accidentally did all of it at once *oops* and it was fine); repeat. 3. Top off with layer of noodles and bacon. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese; make sure to cover the noodles completely. 4. Bake for 15-20 mins. Serve warm.
